He went to costco. One of his friend dropped him and he will be back pick him up in 1 hour or so. So this guy was in rush. He is sifting through the clothes . The girl happened to be in the same section. He brushed his hand and touched her. This guy did not even realize he touched and continued to rush. A while later her mom was staring at him furious. This guy did not know the cause because he did not even know he brushed at the girl. He continued to shop and proceeded toward cash counter.Soon after he paid the cash a cop asked him step aside and made him wait while other cop  reviewed the camera footage. The other cop came back , arrested my friend and said he is being charged with battery.

Looks like they arrest and file charges if its a girl or child arounds 15 or 16 yrs age.
