కాళేశ్వరం.. ఎత్తిదింపుడు పథకంగా మారింది’

హైదరాబాద్‌: కాళేశ్వరం ఎత్తిపోతల పథకం ఎత్తిదింపుడు పథకంగా మారిందని కేంద్ర మాజీ మంత్రి, భాజపా నేత బండారు దత్తాత్రేయ ఎద్దేవా చేశారు. ఈ ప్రాజెక్టు విషయంలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి కేసీఆర్‌ ఏకపక్ష నిర్ణయాలతో ముందుకు వెళ్లారని దుయ్యబట్టారు. హైదరాబాద్‌లో ఆదివారం నిర్వహించిన మీడియా సమావేశంలో ఆయన మాట్లాడుతూ.. తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం కాళేశ్వరం ప్రాజెక్టును సరైన సాంకేతికత, ముందు చూపు లేకుండా నిర్మించిందన్నారు. మానేరుకు వరద వస్తే అన్నారం బ్యారేజీ నుంచి 3 టీఎంసీల నీటిని వృథాగా వదిలేయడం చూస్తే కాళేశ్వరం ప్రాజెక్టు ఎత్తిపోతల పథకం కాదు.. ఎత్తిదించే పథకం అనిపిస్తోందన్నారు. సాంకేతిక లోపం కారణంగా మేడిగడ్డ అన్నారం బ్యారేజీ నుంచి నీళ్లు తిరిగి కాళేశ్వరంలోకే వస్తున్నాయని చెప్పారు. దీనివల్ల దాదాపు రూ.80 వేల కోట్ల నష్టం వాటిల్లిందని, ఈ నష్టానికి కేసీఆర్‌ బాధ్యత వహించి ప్రజలకు సమాధానం చెప్పాలని దత్తాత్రేయ డిమాండ్‌ చేశారు. మంత్రులు, ఇంజినీర్లు చెప్పిన మాట వినకపోవడం వల్లే ఈ పరిస్థితి వచ్చిందని విమర్శించారు.
