How can you forget all those fcuked up committees? Sri krishna committee toured each corner of united AP and gave their options in favor of division. All parties except for CPM gave their agreement. What else the Gov needed to put the seal?

Its an over-killed (more than thorough) exercise, IMO.

did you read sri krishna committee report?...referring to implementation based on it is like a fool at the store honoring an offer and ignoring the terms and conditions

Its a huge financial loss to them, if they do it. Anduke economically sensitive category lo pettaru. Also, it will be huge dent to education sector. No funding to universities and so no research. Inni reasons pettukoni evadu unilateral decision thiskoru.

Kashmir’s case is quite opposite, like I said in my previous quote to you.

The bigger problem lies elsewhere: the moment you try to seek "abhipraayam" from another political party, the latter party leaks to the media and other entities, whatever is shared with.  This problem is not unique to India; it is the case in every democracy out there. There should be "information veil"; otherwise, various powerful classes (opposite political party, media, wealthy people, lobbyists, international diplomats, other countries) collude in order to destroy the project in question.
