Make sure it is same on all applicable documents. 

Same situation and I made my employer file LCA with same title as at client location. My client and vendor gave letters per title at client not at employer.

Client hr system lo edo Title untadi valla standards prakram. Client Rate class and titles evevo untay and neekosam change cheyyaru. Mana employer programmer or system analyst edo pedtaru LCA codes prakaram. Em issue undadu. vadu bokka pettalanukunte ilantivi kavalani vetukutadu otherwise kool and it worked to few ppl.
