1) sit next to manager / team lead automatic ga focus peruguddi

2) Dont browse andhrafriends ,great andhra etc in office  it will deviate your focus

3) Ask for more work

4) Talk to colleagues once in a while chit chat

5) do Walking for every 1 hour

6) Go to office by 8 AM

it depends some can focus for longer hours , but some cannnot due to various reasons (Habit, ADD,  etc...) since we never got diagnosed it's tough to say.

think about your past projects where you focused good, and figure out what worked for you.

 

 

 setting goals and sharing those goals with others ,

small nap in afternoon

 music, podcast,news

standing table,

provocatively  collaborate more with others
