After Texas Governor Greg Abbott said that mental health is a "large contributor" to any type of violence, Pro Publica health care reporter took a thorough look into mental health research and why its symptoms are not a "good indicator, nor the root cause of gun violence."

I know it will be a privacy issue ... they should be able to predict the behavior/pattern using grades, social activity, guns bought and some sort of attributes to assess the threat ..
