Won't work and won't worth it, man. Fighting is never a good thing because fighting against corporate and powerful people leads nowhere. Have peaceful life doing something else. Just admit it and move on. there are cases of suing against the United States or the government worked particularly related to wrongful termination of employment.. government government enjoys sovereign immunity in many cases but it is not a defense as observed in few precedents.. look in Westlaw or Google Scholar for such cases..
