My observation from my peers & colleagues ...they dont blabber.they invest time and money ...they dont want to fill their resumes with known/unknown technologies...if you contribute anything to the team/project they recognize

 

Note:This is all 25+ to mid thirties crowd i worked with.

Good most of our friends in DB are in correct track , manaki manalni thopu anukovadam just with one tech stack is bullshit there is lot to learn from tellolu the way they are versatile in many things
