yeah we need to pay little higher interest rate....Ex - nee credit history ki 4.00% lock aindhi anuko....financier will say instead pay 4.25% (increase of 0.25%) and that way your closing cost will be $0. (closing cost depends on house/area etc...but single family houses ki baane untadi....for me it was around $4500). 0.25% ekkuva pay cheyyatam valla monthly EMI koncham peruguthundi...but 6 months lo we can do re-finance and automatic ga closing cost cover avtundi without any additional interest.
