its not mandatory to file new Perm as long as the previous Perm was approved based on the position and u hold the H1 for same duties.

in case position change ayi duties change ainai anuko, more than 20% change in day-day duties...appudu h1 amendment cheskovali safe side, ledu ante extension appudu bisket aitaru.

so H1 Amend cheskunte, better amend ur Perm (which is reapply from scratch and port ur date.

NOTE: H1 Amendment and Perm re-apply are safe side bets...considering current immig and uchieyess way of dealing applications.

My advocate saying no to perm so wanted to show him some proof
