Puerto Rico's Supreme Court unanimously ruled that Governor Pedro Pierluisi was sworn in last Friday on unconstitutional grounds, stating that he must step down by 5pm local time on August 7. In an official statement, Justice Secretary Wanda Vázquez said she is willing to assume the governorship.
