ICE arrests 680 people at Mississippi food processing plants

Immigrations and Customs Enforcement targeted a number of food processing facilities in Mississippi on Wednesday resulting in the arrests of 680 people. The department said it was the largest workplace raid in over a decade.

do employers not get any fines? i think they take proof but dont make effort to validate the authenticity.

ofcourse, most people with no work status aka illegal immigrants...this is the biggest raid ever in the hostory of america, one was in 2008 for about 400 people..

well not all employers check work status, company will only get effected in terms of resources lost which will effect their revenue...thats all.
