refinance pros cons based on your experience cheppandi.. is it good to refinance a home.?

nenu naa illu koni close to 2 years avutundi... ippudu refinance cheste losses or labhalu emuntaay ... 

Refinancing lo Refinance with Cashout and Refinance existing balance difference enti??? which is better?? 

I got for 3.75 in 2017... so anything 2.5 to 2.75 untey teeskovocha??  what additional costs could incur during this process???

last 2 years lo chala letters ochaay 2.4 to 2.5 ki refinance ani.. trash anukoni chinchesa.. kani every year taxes and other bills peruguthu untey I feel I should get that rate down to manage the other needs of my family..

so thinking.. and in dilemma.. experts / already chesina valla sontha experiences teluskundamani post esa

nuvu 20% down cheyakapotey.. inti estimation market rate ki match chesi... PMI teeseyochu

but there might be some loan origination (new loan new bank kabatti), closing costs etc..
