My I 94 is expiring  in Dec 2019 due to my passport expiring  in Dec 2019 ,

I renewed my passport  but how to extend I@94  with going out of country.

Any Idea ??

mexico daggarena (no visitor visa needed) ? or canada (you need visitor visa)..  I94 revalidation chestharu find those rules.. because stamping ledhu kabatti

Nadi same situation and na personal experience edhi. I got my I-94 revalidated at a CBP office at airport location. Okasari ne location loCBP office ke villi explain them that ur I-94 is expiring because of passport validity. They would help you. its was 30 min process, they took the passport and I-797A and got a new I-94 issued.

If you are on h1 then u have to file h1 ext or travel out of country and come back . This is only option on h1b

Nadi H1, and i did this in May recently in Chicago. Just CBP office lo pani ipoindhe. Don't need to travel out of country or go to Mexican border. At least na case lo ithey work ayindhe even though i can't generalize.
