What is Dalit population in Kashmir valley??

hindus r only 1.9 % in kashmir valley i.e. nearly 1.2 lac hindus , so assuming  nearly 20 ,000 ala vuntaaru valley motham lo dalits

There are Dalits in Muslims too. Gujjar muslims are Dalits.

but they don't SC certificate ! Only hindu scheduled caste will be classified has SC & he can apply SC related posts like contesting SC seats in elections, SC quota jobs & education seats etc.,
