Best, regards (kind or not) or cheers might be your preferred sign-off. Julia Burnham has classified them into an alignment chart.

I never sign off .. as I think it is redundant.. the recipient knows who it is from..

that makes me neutral evil.. cool .. no worries..

if the response doesn't warrant more than a couple of words.. I usually reply in the subject line itself... I like పొదుపు....
