Stamping question Dates & Location

How is dates availability in HYD . Person already traveled home for emergency, had no time for  planning .

Do we need to mention desired stamping location when time of fee payment ?  if we were to try appointment at more than one location , do we need to pay fee more than once ? 

Can 3rd person pay fee and start looking at appointment dates ?

ala ani emi undadu DS 160 hyd or dates ekkada unte akkada try cheyu but if you change ur location needed updated ds 160 for that location .... try to see with dummy ids
