Yes u can .. revocation is common once u move out of company .. once u r counted in cap u can use 6 yrs of h1 .. if i140 approved u can get extensions beyond that

Yes you can ,

But you cant start working on h1 transfer receipt. You have to wait for approval anukunta. ltt for others

Yes, only after complete approval you are eligible to start working. There isn't such thing called Transfer once H1 is revoked, you are not counted towards quota but rest is same like any another h1
