Why Telugu population is growing and more in Dallas/Texas compared to other places in USA?

Bay Area costly, people move to Texas even though shitty weather compared to cali.

two people need to have solid career in Bay Area to buy a good home which costs around min of $1.2m

cheaper cost of living compared to other major metro areas, like Bay area, NY/Jersey or DC. Good weather, no state tax, lesser traffic. also people who travel (consulting people) ki Dallas is central location with SW and AA as hubs.

Dallas = Hyderabad

Houston = Vizag

Austin = Vijayawada

 

Middle of the country..... CA & NYC both are 3 hours flight time from Texas......... Weather Hot &  Humid just like AP/Telangana......... Mestri's & IT professional ki traveling easy, Cost of living low, No state tax, Good Infrastructure and roads, Less traffic compared to NY or Califonia

 

Another major decision is people here can buy big homes with 500K........... NYC & CA lo 1 bed studio kooda raadu

Dallas city is ovverrated. 

Weather is dry ..hot and rains every f..king weekend. Every weekend almost goes waste..long weekend no fun..

 

Only good thing is roads are wide... Food options are wide..feels like living in vanstahlipuram

dallas ia a big city, with warm/hot weather, good job opportunities, indian food and people everywhere, temples, no state tax, feels like india pretty much 

have to be little cautious on the snakes hiding around...

dallas lo weather sucks .. it’s more like Chennai weather..

After kids - less time to enjoy/party/visit places over weekends .so people won’t miss CA .. Moreover everyone wants to settle down & buy home.

Atlanta, Charlotte & Florida are also good places to settle down in terms of jobs, weather, low cost of living. Not sure why desis are more inclined to only TX
