Welfare kooda its not that easy.......... but he did pull this off............ Modi reduced corruption and made welfare schemes effective............. Direct transfer welfare scheme via bank accounts......... Modi Government did create crores of bank accounts............ No middle men........... That why BJP had landslide victories in rural and tribal areas.
