Sarumankabap Posted August 17, 2019 Report Posted August 17, 2019 nadi ek sou chalis cleared. once it got approved i moved back to india. my last h1 got picked in lottery in 2015. do i need to reapply for lottery if i chose to go back again? is ek sou chalis sufficient to go back without h1 lottery? is it true after six years i need to be in lottery again, even if ek sou chalis is approved. sarumankabap.
