But doesn't generate revenue like Hyd, Chennai, B'lore or some big cities in India / world. Need not to be a capital city, but some revenue generating city. Alanti cities India lo kattali (like Dubai, Doha..) ante practical ga impossible. Elagu Andhra ki capital ledhu. its opportunity to build that kind of city. Quote
