Iceland holds funeral for its first glacier lost to climate change

A group of about 100 people, including Iceland's prime minister, gathered on Sunday to mourn the once-iconic Okjökull glacier. A plaque was unveiled at the site, which reads in part: "This monument is to acknowledge that we know what is happening and what needs to be done."
