Need help on dependents travel to usa

Query 1 : Regarding my dependents travel to USA who are currently in India during extension --

My dependents got Visa stamped till Feb 2020 ( till my current I94 expiry date).

I might go for extension in Oct 2019 considering my i94 expiry in Feb 2020 .

 Can my dependents travel to USA during my h1b extension on the visa which they got stamped 2 weeks back. 

Or they need to wait in India till my extension is approved ?

 

Query 2 : Regarding my dependent travel to USA post my extension -----

 

If I get my extension approved by Oct end or in Nov , do they need to go for stamping again with my new i797 extension copy ?

 

If not required, what documents I need to send them post my extension to avoid any issues at port of entry .

1. Yes, no issues

2. You need to send them the latest approved I797 so that they get the correct date on their I94.
