I agree Summer's in these cold weather places are always good (Ex - chicago). Not too hot/humid unlike FL.....but maha ante oka 3 months solid summer untadi, before and after its either cold, gloomy, rainy, snowy.

Boston voddu vayya....galeez ga untadi city....40 or 50 years old houses...G pagala cost of living......weather aithe only 3 months of summer...anthe rest all you have to be in coats and sweatrers
