The conservative radio talk show host and former Illinois congressman said he is "strongly, strongly considering" launching a primary bid against President Trump for the Republican nomination in 2020. "If Republicans stay silent in the face of this guy, I don't think the country will ever forgive the Republican party," he said on CNN's New Day.
