I will try to attend the conference calls as well to check my situation. "I can remain in the US. I posted the day of my visa expiry too in past and was good. Quote

Please share your thoughts as my family is here and need my support to them. you can file a another extension immediately in premium , but 60 days is the grace period , you must get the decision before 60 days. but hire a attorney and see what they say. but my question is what your company attorney saying 1st of all.
