Recently one Bangalore guy did oci renewal in india and he did submit old usa birth certificate for his daughter. If hyderabad officers are out dated then ask them to update themselves. Every time birth certificate evadina apply chestada, okesari apply chestam and we keep originals. What else they need. If parents return back to india with kids permanently then how can they re apply new birth certificate in usa. Quote
