JohnSnow Posted August 23, 2019 Report Posted August 23, 2019 My client asked me if i want to change my vendor for the new PO which starts on December. My relationship now with the client is Me -> My employer -> Vendor 1 -> Vendor 2. My employer is running 105k for me now, Now, can i move to any new vendor directly who is one desi guy by talking to my manager? Or will there be legal issues from the previous vendor2 ? Benefits i am looking for here is better pay and H1 chances will be more with approved vendor and no layers. Quote

MobileMusic Posted August 23, 2019 Report Posted August 23, 2019 Take a look at your current contract and abide by what terms you signed. There will always be clauses in the contract like non-compete to prevent you from causing them revenue loss. Quote
