Unable to connect a remote desktop from Office,  want to connect to training system in  free time to practice. Any idea how can 

i connect ?

Ask your sys admin to add your login to local admins group or enable remote access on the server

Basically, outgoing connections to popular services/ports are blocked. Some such services are: ssh, irc, rdp, smtp, etc. The way people get around this is to bounce off a different port: for instance, when irc ports  6660-6669 and 7000 are blocked, you can bounce off a third party on https. Firewalls treat that as https to an extent, while you do your own thing.
