Why lease is best option (bmw/Audi/mb)

adhe kadha..... paina paina monthly payments thakkuva kadha anni errriii pushpaaalu avthaaaru end of the day....  first all happies last lo ne doolaaa theerindhaaaaa song vesukuntaaaruu  bakara gaaaalu..

even though I'm against to leasing vehicles but additional 4k enduku kadatharu after lease ends apart from monthly EMI's
