i did once. missed FT benefits. but made money because of extra hours

I did twice. Flexibility and job security are high in fte, when compared to contracting. Ekkuva leave pette type kadu and willing to relocate and easily adaptable to new technologies aythe contracting better.. contracting lo you can make more money, frequent ga technologies neechukuntam kothavi and different jobs matram ekkuva earn cheyachu.

the one good thing in contracting is you develop a diverse network.. IMO everyone in IT should do it for at least a few years before settling into an FTE position...
