Recession means this 7% growth will fall consecutively and slip into negative growth i.e. -0.01% or more for consecutive quarters. Economic slowdown, even if it happens will wipe out a trillion dollars off the economy and forex reserves will hit all time low but both of them seems to be strong as of now. With these trade wars, India is now a bright spot to kick start its long pending dream of becoming a manufacturing hub. You will witness fall in auto sales and slow down in real estate rates and unconfirmed number of job losses but trust me, thats absolutely normal and no government can do anything to prevent it...its just a phase..
