Ippudu full time ochindi. vallu 1 year tharvatha GC process start chestam annaru. After joining the new company request them to start GC process within 6 months. Don't pay for mestri's and vendors your hard earned money by doing contracting. This is my opinion only. 1 Quote

As long as your PERM starts with new employer before your h1 expires , you will be fine. With pending GC process with current employer you will get H1 get extension again even if your date becomes current. 1 Quote
