140 expiry kaadu. Kaani employer withdraw(not revoke) cheathunnadu employee poogane. Means not in active state. Malla active state ki teevali ante malla amendament cheyyali old vaadu kuda and H-1 kuda active state lo vundali old vaaditho by then
