Depends on where in Toronto...

Suburbs...It’s a better pay..! But if you are living within the metro area, it’s just like living in New York with 120k

And also, living life in Canada like you do here in USA, 120k May not be sufficient

car ownership, travel, daily habits etc which we are used to here in US, are actually expensive in canada

Car insurance is higher in the first 6 months - 1 year, I believe. But if you already have a US driving history things might be different. Gas is a bit expensive but not too high. Health is covered by the Provincial government. Rents in suburbs like Scarborough, Mississauga are affordable.

Yeah due to influx of lots of immigrants, air bnb, zoning housing has been prime. But logical ga think cheste Canada area wise population wise zameen asman farak vundii
