Look at it's results Sanaullah served in the Army for 30 years and was designated as a Captain. He was also conferred a medal by President of India for his service. This has been in discussion for the last 5 years...idemi ninna ivala chesina vyaharam kadu... authorities have been discussing such tax regimes for the last 10 years and considerable progress has been made in the last 4-5 years..
