The Category 4 storm shifted slightly on Saturday, and is no longer expected to make landfall in Florida. South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster declared a state of emergency, as experts say that Dorian may hit the Carolinas and Georgia in the coming days. Stay here for the latest.
