Recently inko state lo director of engineering job vachindi(currently manager).But 4 year old kid ki speech and behavioral issues unnayi. Therapist suggested not to change location for another 2 years. feeling sad as it is a very good opportunity

Try flying back and forth for the weekends... you may find better therapist in neew location.. good luck

daily therapies bro.wife can drop and pickup kid in current city but mainly concerned about kid missing me.He is lacking social skills

Having kids is a responsibility. Your kid will be glad if you made that decision for him.

aren't you taking your kid to play dates in the parks or kid places? You should have done that. Slowly, take kid to close far off places to get acclimated to new areas so that he can start having fun. Tell him stories to build up enthusiasm on places you want to take him to. ee doctors paisal kosam baga kadhalu padataru. You may have a better doctor in the new place. Talk to him before and see what the new doctor suggests. Career is important as well. You can give a better life but thread with caution.
