Walmart ends sale of handgun ammunition and asks customers to not carry guns into stores

The retail company announced Tuesday that it will stop selling handgun ammunition and ammunition for military-style assault rifles in light of the recent shootings in the US. Walmart also requested that customers refrain from openly carrying firearms in its 4,700 stores.
