Pop star Ariana Grande is suing Forever 21 for "unauthorized use" of her "name, image, likeness and music" in an ad campaign, which ran after Grande refused an endorsement deal with the clothing giant.

Good publicity stunt , i dont think she will get paid though.

Marketing material is always produced and done by a 3rd party firm, all Forever 21 will ever be held responsible here will be for not executing proper judgement.

for which forever 21 will just issue a statement retracting all the material that was already published and not use it any more.
