I think the state government will foot the bill because it is an investment that will recoup multiple times from revenue and stamps duty in the coming years. It has been the modus operandi since CBN times whenever they wanted to increase the state revenues they invested heavily on infrastructure to make money off the real estate stamp dury...YSR did the same with financial city and ORR planning and went one step further by auctioning of lands, KCR doubled down on that strategy. ORR is the cash cow for the govt..in 20 years RRR is what it is..so KCR will ground the project by hook or crook before this 5 year term

With out center help this project is very difficult to execute financially. And I doubt if BJP will do any help. 

Economy is slowing down , will result in falling revenues. So vunna schemes ni maintain seyyatame kashtam ayipothadi future lo

I think that estimate figure is very conservative. Probably was done few years back.

330 kms project man, if it is grounded now probably takes another 10+ years but the project will touch 1/4th of Telangana and will change the face of the state . 10k crores avasaramu ledu to begin with. Mostly once the economy starts picking up they will auction off govt lands around ORR to raise funds for infrastructure projects. Center ki em vastadi sponsor cheste..stamp duty anta state ee kada poyedi, tactically they side stepped..last lo ento konta kosaru estaru..leka pote dora pindi pippi chestadu next elections ki..bodi em ichindu manaki ani. That will be bad look on BJP govt if they don’t sponsor any project in the state in their 10 year rule granted the state gave them 4 MPs. 

Also from center perspective kashmir ki chala karchu barinchalisi vastadi, all the state employees will now come under Centeral pay commission. So chala diversion of funds jarugutayi so center will also be cash strapped.

KCR will mostly target to finish irrigation projects than building this ring road which majorly helps real estate.

He knows providing Water will fetch more votes than raising real estate rates.

chestharu bro, once current projects are complete, TG state revenue bhaga peruguthundi, it might start in 4th year of this term I believe. and moreover adi start chesthey, TG registration and stamps department ki kuda mastu money generate avuthayi ..
