food nundi vitamins raavadam chaala takkuva plus ikkada Organic GMO anni foods waste for vitamins.

nen blood test before and after cheyinchukunappudu vitamin deficiency unde....after using vitamin tablets it helped

vallu tine protein and carbs ki Ekkada nunchi ostayii.

Whats is your Age range in 3 yrs , what is your BMI , and problem anedi docs ki cheppu

Almost all basic vitamins are taken by you .. unless you avoid greens and proteins and fruits 

without diagnosis no body can prescribe any medicine ?

See there is a reason for all the foods we eat, 

for example paaya— it has collagen, calcium and heme proteins.

normal diet lo Idi ravadam impossible.

also b12 for ppl who don’t eat meat 

so certain things are impossible thru diet unless you are into all sorts of foods. Omega 3 too sources plant based nunchii takkuve. 

So appuddappudu bizzare foods tinadam kuda Better ee like liver paya which we don’t eat normally

costcolo 500 tabs some $10 something untadi...adi vadukondi vayya...it can fill it the gaps if you are deficient...i wouldn't spend much time/money on these

any one had success with less offensive Omega 3 tablets ..

they say its good for kids who dont get it naturally

Supplements can be hit or miss, and finding the right one takes some trial and error. Decided to try Omega XL after hearing a lot about its benefits, but had a few questions before ordering. Reached out to https://omega-xl.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html to get more details, and while the response took some time, they did clarify a few things. Ended up giving it a shot, and while results vary for everyone, it’s one of those products you have to be patient with. Anyone looking into supplements should always check reviews and understand that what works for one person might not work the same for another.

I know its an old thread. But I have been using it since last 10+ yrs. I take a multivitamin 1 per day. There have been changes (Good way). I cant remember a day when I was lazy. I remember those long back.
