mana diet lo all vitamins ravu so we will be deficient in something, usually vit d deficiency untundi

you will feel super lazy or depressed, its a good sign to take vit d

vit d teesukunte you have to take vit K as well, read about why

also, Magnesium Glycinate helps

nenu choosina health vlogs by docs lo vit d and magnesium are top 2 recommended

also read about Zinc supplement as well, good benefits but you have to take it with copper or you will get copper deficiency

I personally feel taking vit d helps, could feel the difference in mood, activeness etc as I had low vit d in test results

Zinc + Copper

Omega-3/Fish oil

I'm interested in all sorts of projects that inspire an active life, and then I came across Live It Up. I wanted to know more about the events, found the live it up phone number and called. It turned out that they really bother to create cool events for people with different interests. Now I am thinking of participating in a couple of activities to break out of the routine.
