Aurora temple in illinois lo cafetaria is run by mexicans. Naivedyalu okkate poojaru madi to chesukuntaru antha tinedi mexicans to cheyinche food . Restaurant business literally. This has been same for years now. 

Same case with many temples.

I am not aware of Aurora temple but Malibu temple food Mana vallu chesinatte vundi . Denver temple people chestaru ( Lord Balaji ki pettedhi priests chestaru )

Charging is okay man gudikey ani light tesukovachu. But emo business type lo run cheyadam putting so many items in menu makes me uncomfortable as people inka restaurant feeling lo vastaru than temple lo ah vibes.  Edaina gudi ki velthundi ani santrupthi padadame. Na masters lo snanam cheyakunda direct cafetaria lo tinevallu friends. Edo kasta oka spoon prasadam pettadam veru than making it business in my opinion. Its not about money but bhakthi missing there too ani na feeling.
