Previously.. RTC would go under preassure when they get into financial crunches, they would have to lending institutions themselves (with govt recommendations), improve performance , set goals internally etc etc. ippudu.. Govt ayyindi kabatti, #aatcare antaru employees emaina adigither.  quality taggundi eventually.

If i remember correctly YSR committee vesinattu unnadu with IIM banglore how to run APSRTC on profits and they submitted the reports but it was not implemented.  i remember one of the suggestion.

APSRTC should have its own spare parts manufacturing company including tires which cut the huge cost & corruption in APSRTC and they can also sell to outsiders for less price  which will generate income.

their own service centres are worst and they need more good engineers ..privately employed

+ RTC should stop leasing buses or something like that they should have a different model.

Buses ni occupancy ni batti correct timings and routes lo thippite profits baane vasthayee. no one cares about that now
