univ @f cum9erl@nd$ lo phd kosam apply chesadu ma brother.. he has MIS degree from wi|min9t0n university.. 3.49 gpa..

 

phd in cum9erl@nd$ lo 3.5 requ gpa anta.. so he is short by 0.01 and got rejection.. is this computer rejection or manaual rejection? email request pedithe emaina use unda..

Lots of schools where gpa is not a requirement for PhD admissions.
