Trust is base for any relationship. Recording her without her knowing is breach of trust. Unless your are looking to divorce i dont see any other point in you doing so. Divorce or not, first of all, doing such thing is morally wrong, especially when your intent is to frame others without their knowing. Look it from the other side, your wife fought/yelled at you, but did she ever record you? What would you feel if you are in her shoe?
