cousin ki last year eh0ne approve aiyndi... after waiting for 1 year with 2 times rfe.... approve aye time job gone... vendor tho approval unde

so total ga 4months with0ut pystbs unnadu 2o18 lo.... 2o19 lo new job vaste des1consu1tng kindaki mari transfr initate chesukunnadu

after 8mnths rfe padindi... last yr pystbs,w2 anni pampamani.....

This is where everyone needs to GET very cautious. By the new public charge rule which will be effect 10/15/2019,  people on visas need to submit last 3 years w2s for extension of stay or cos. so staying on a bench or unpaid leaves for too long with out proper documentation may cause unnecessary headaches. Especially students on OPT and employess on h1 are on on the radar now.
