It has reservations within the org but not in technologies ani sadhivina.

Top Indian research institutes like defence labs I sro lo reservations vuntai but not higher level..scientists ni kuda vallu top institutes nundi teesukuvastaru..officer grade varaku reservation vuntai..if u r really talented and prove cheste a chairmen or director ki power vuntundi hire cheyataniki..nenu direct konni years work chesanu not isro..
